Rental Info

milkglass + MONAX is a dinnerware rental company offering rental periods of my milk glass and monax inventory to add charming details to your events!

The rental period includes pickup the day before the event and drop-off the day following the event giving a 3-day period.

The rental client is required to pick up and drop off the inventory from milkglass and MONAX prior and after the event. I do not offer inventory delivery or pick up. All pick up and returns must be scheduled in advance and made to 1310 State Street Eau Claire, WI 54701.

Items not returned the day following the event (or at the agreed time) will be subject to a late fee of $50 per 24-hour period every day the Inventory remains unreturned.

Cleaning and Care

Clients are expected to use my property with care and respect and of course return the property in the same condition as when received.

I ask that all dinnerware and serving dishes are hand rinsed and free of all food remnants prior to return. NO DISHWASHERS - due to the delicate nature, automatic dishwashers will damage the milkglass + MONAX collections so hand rinsing is required. I ask that you scrape food remnants, hand-rinse, and pack and return in the containers provided.

If items are not cleaned as instructed, a cleaning fee of $25 per hour will apply. Cost of packing material replacement will apply. I ask that rentals are repacked in the same way they were received and in the same containers.

Costs

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the rental agreement to reserve your requested rental date. The remaining balance is due prior to pick up.

I understand that accidents happen - if rental property is returned broken or damaged or is missing, the client will be charged the replacement fee of five times the rental rate. If any items are missing from your order or damaged upon arrival we ask that you let us know right away or we will assume it happened under your care and fees will apply.
